Hi and welcome to the team! Most of our audience is in the US so we end up using inches and yards rather than metric most of the time. I know that’s not ideal for our readers outside the US. Perhaps you can use Google to convert the inches/yards to metric. In Google just search “X inches in CM” and it give you the conversion.

Such a charming site! Really getting excited about the mug rugs…only one problem…how does one order the patterns?
All of the projects that have patterns have a download link on the page, usually a bright orange button in a light orange box that will say Download here, or get the pattern here, or something like that. When you click you are taken to Craftsy where you can add the pattern to your pattern library there and then download them when you are ready. Drop us an email if you get stuck somewhere along the way.

I’ve been a ‘lurker’ for some time now and have finally joined your group. I have made a couple of skirts and the Cross My Heart dress for my daughter. It turned out great!! Thank you for providing free patterns. Your pattern sizes seem to me to fit better than ‘store bought’ patterns – measurements are more realistic to the shape of women. (Example, my daughter fits into 3 size categories on store bought patterns but your patterns fit her perfectly!)

Your site is amazing and even though I have only just signed up for your newsletter, I have been to your site almost daily for quite a few months now. I use to sew many years ago, only a novice. I recently purchased a new machine and from your site I have made bibs and burp cloths, 5 skirts for myself and even a tote bag with zippers. You have the best website I have found and I have learnt so much from your videos; please never stop sewing and sharing.

I live in Johannesburg, South Africa and only wish that I could get the fabrics and the haberdashery I see on your site. However, by joining up, I at least manage to benefit from the ideas and patterns. I’m another young over 60 and sewing is what makes my days so full. Thanks so much for your efforts.

I’m doing my best Ruth, but it’s just me here so creating two new patterns a month is already a lot of work. Keep following and over time the pattern library will grow and hopefully you’ll find more of what you are looking for.
