Well, it's been fun but our Christmas in July feature has now come to an end. I've been enjoying a wonderful vacation away from the computer (mostly) and want to give a great big THANK YOU to all the wonderful bloggers who contributed unique felt and fabric ornament tutorials for you while I was away.
Let's have a quick recap in case you missed any of them. See something you like? Click on the picture to find out more and go to the tutorial.
Fab Felt Christmas Tree
So we started off with my tutorial for the Fab Felt Tree. A bit of a departure from just sewing and a bit of simple crafting with cardboard involved to make this fun tree for your home, or for the kids to play with.
Easiest Ever Felt Ornaments
Then I completely cheated and took the easy way out to make the cute mini felt ornaments for my tree. These ornaments are simply printed with your printer, ironed onto white felt, cut, stuffed and sewn. Basically, no skill or patience required. No need to cut or gather tiny pieces of felt or make nice neat stitches. And they are perfectly sized for the Fab Felt Tree, but also come in a larger size for a regular tree too.
All yours for free here.

Then the fab bloggers took over and showed you how to do it for real, showed their real talent and skill and put my ornaments to shame! Click through to be reminded of the tutorials for how to make all of these great projects shown below, by clicking on the photo.
Thank you to you
And lastly, thank you to you. If Christmas, felt, ornaments and the like is just not your cup of tea, I hope you're still here! I'll be back from vacation now and working on the next great sewing ideas. In fact, here's a sneak peak of what's coming up very soon.
