Social media makes home sewing cool again
Under the headline, “Social media makes home sewing cool again”, we were delighted to see So Sew Easy get a press mention recently in The News & Observer based out of Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. If you were in any doubt that your sewing hobby was officially “cool” again, this article should leave you in no doubt. Perhaps we're a bit biased, but we'd certainly agree!
While we were only mentioned in the sewing resources section, it was still fun to see ourselves listed alongside such big names as Craftsy, Creativebug and Fabric.com as well as a few other of the larger bloggers. There are many aspects of this article that we have written about before, so it is great to see the mainstream media is finally catching on.
