It was all a big rush to get the Jewelry Purse Pattern out in early December because I knew lots of you would want the chance to sew it for Christmas presents. Phew, did you go crazy in December with handmade gifts? I'm telling myself not again this year, but I'll probably forget the stress of the last minute sewing rush and decide to do it again anyway. I'm pleased that everything I made was well-received.
Things have had time to settle down a bit now and I'm ready with the long-awaited video tutorial to go with this pattern. So if you didn't get the pattern because it didn't have a video – problem solved.
Here is a reminder of the pattern details.
Features:
- Finished size closed – 8.5 inches by 6 inches
- Ring holder, earring holder, 2 hangers for chains, zipper pocket, 2 slip pockets
- Soft and padded.
- Practical and useful as well as pretty!

Really cute idea!
I made it twice as a gift, so cute and not that difficult to sew. It took me almost longer to cut all the pieces needed than the sewing.
Loved it, and now I’m thinking of making one as a gift to myself 🙂
