Hi the “Congratulations, you are now subscribed to the site So Sew Easy” confirmation email I received today 14th December 2016, is still advertising this pattern as being free and it’s not, disappointingly
Is there a coupon code to get the pattern free? When I add it to my Craftsy cart it is $6.50. Thank you so much for your help and your work. I so enjoy your patterns, ideas, tutorials and stories. Even after sewing for 50+ years, I still am learning new techniques!

I ran across it today. It still says the pattern is free, but it clearly isn’t. I am disappointed in how all this worked or didn’t work. It feels like false advertising — bait and switch.
Hi Betty, I’m sorry to hear you feel that way. However, a blog is like a newspaper. Articles are published at points in time. Just like a newspaper you might pick up from a couple months ago, I doubt you would assume all the sales and offers are still valid because you happened to read it that day. To make it a bit clearer, I’ve added the date to the article title. Hope that helps. Do stay tuned and sign up to the newsletter if you’re not already. We do these sorts of offers from time to time. Also, we publish a new, free pattern and tutorial pretty much every Sunday.
