I ran across it today. It still says the pattern is free, but it clearly isn’t. I am disappointed in how all this worked or didn’t work. It feels like false advertising — bait and switch.
Hi Betty, I’m sorry to hear you feel that way. However, a blog is like a newspaper. Articles are published at points in time. Just like a newspaper you might pick up from a couple months ago, I doubt you would assume all the sales and offers are still valid because you happened to read it that day. To make it a bit clearer, I’ve added the date to the article title. Hope that helps. Do stay tuned and sign up to the newsletter if you’re not already. We do these sorts of offers from time to time. Also, we publish a new, free pattern and tutorial pretty much every Sunday.

Hi Rickie, yes, the special is only available on Craftsy. Not sure what issue you’re experiencing. Several thousand readers have already downloaded from Craftsy today. I imagine their systems must be quite busy. When I click on the link you sent back, it works fine for me. What browser are you using? Do you have an account already with Craftsy? Don’t worry, we’ll get you the pattern somehow;)

That’s strange. It has worked perfectly for many thousands of people so far today. Do you have an existing Craftsy account? You may want to clear the cookies from your browser and go back in through the link on this page. Please let me know if that works.
