UNFORTUNATELY, THIS GIVEAWAY HAS EXPIRED.  PLEASE CHECK BACK ON THE HOME PAGE AS WE FREQUENTLY RUN SIMILAR GIVEAWAYS.

One of our most popular giveaways ever, the Brother Serger Giveaway, ended a couple of days ago.  There were almost 33,000 entries so the participation was really fantastic!

Doreen S. from Eagle Point, Oregon was the lucky winner.  She should be receiving her new serger shortly and we look forward to hearing how she goes with it.

I really, really wish everyone could have won but we only had one machine to give away. (Please keep an eye out for future giveaways and join our mailing list if you'd like us to keep you updated.)

Like we have done with nearly all our prior giveaways, to say thank you to everyone for participating and as a bit of a surprise consolation prize, we have decided to give away one of our very popular top patterns for the Cowl Neck Top Pattern which is sold normally for $6.95, absolutely FREE.

But please act today, this gift is only available for the next 24 hours!

Introducing the Cowl Neck Top Pattern:

What is it about a cowl neck that we all love? As one of my pattern testers said when I was talking about my various plans for this pattern, “You had me at cowl neck….” I think this style is just universally flattering for all figure types and shapes. It can look both casual and dressy, flirty or formal, sexy or sassy!

This Cowl Neck Top comes with plenty of options to suit every taste and every occasion. Make it sleeveless in something slinky for a night on the town, or try one of the three different sleeve lengths is a soft jersey for something cozy and casual.

Available in 7 sizes with bust ranging from 31 to 46 inches.

The pattern has a heap of pattern tester reviews so you can get real feedback on the project before you start. You can check this all out in the linked post.

There are two parts to the pattern: the full written instructions and the pattern pieces.  Make sure to download both parts.

I LOVE IT! Downloaded, printed, copied, cut out and completed the cowl-neck blouse in one afternoon. Perfect fit. Thanks much.

Love it! I am a beginner in sewing. This is my third shirt to make it by myself. It’s very flattering on me. Thank you for offering it!

Thank you for this pattern! On every top I make I do a narrow chest adjustment as well as a narrow shoulder adjustment. I’m not sure how I would accomplish it on this pattern. My upper bust is 6 inches smaller than my full bust. I measure your largest size for bust, do you have suggestions for how to make a narrow shoulder adjustment on this? Would I just split it at the Top middle and overlap it slightly?

Yes it does, but you will have to trim or overlap one of the sides.
