Why is this not cut on the fold?
Hi Toni, it can be I just dod not do it because I was using a cover stitch machine to finish the hems. The finish of the neckline would be different if I had made it on a fold. I did mention at the beginning of the article that I would be showing you how to sew this dress as if it had been made in a mass produced factory.
