It's time for another Win on Wednesday! Up for grabs today, a set of 2 of my Spring mug rugs/placemats.
All you need to do to enter, is to LIKE the Facebook page, and then leave a comment on the Win On Wednesday Facebook post that went live today. One person will be selected at random on Friday at 8am.
The question this time – Just leave a comment on the FB contest and let me know what sort of tutorials and patterns you would like to see on the site in the future. I'm keen to feature the kind of projects you are interested in.
See you there.
p.s. For readers who don't have Facebook, I'll try to think of an alternative so you can enter too…coming later.
Full terms and conditions:
Facebook contests are open for 48 hours. The winner will be chosen at random by rafflecopter and will be chosen from those who ‘like’ the page and leave a comment on the draw. Contests for physical goods are only open to those in the mainland USA due to cost of postage (sorry), digital goods like coupons, patterns or gift certificates are open worldwide. Open to age 18+. This promotion is endorsed by So Sew Easy and is not in any way affiliated with or endorsed by Facebook. Winners will be contacted by Facebook message and have 3 days to respond before another winner will be contacted. By entering the contest you are confirming that you agree to and accept these terms and conditions.
What does one do that does not do Facebook? How do we enter?
Sorry Patricia, for now the Win On Wednesday can only accept Facebook entries. I will run other contests in future that can be entered by other means.
I would like to see tutorials that are geared to new sewers. I have a sewing machine that I bought 2 years ago and all I’ve done is mend a torn pair of pajamas. I need more confidence I think. With easy patterns, I feel I would think “I can do that!”, and I’d give it a whirl.
I think you’ll be surprised what you can do with just a little practice. Do check out the tutorials page, and the round up I did at the start of the year for Easy Sewing Projects for Beginners. I’ll try to make sure I keep a good mix on the site so that there is something to satisfy even those who are just starting out. Perhaps a Sewing 101 series might help….
