Holiday Gift Guide – for people who sew

Gift guideIt seems to be traditional in the blogging world for everyone to publish their annual holiday gift guide.  I suppose it makes sense – if we share the same kind of interests and the same kind of tastes, you’ll probably like similar shops and similar products to me.  So maybe I can save you all a little time and trouble this year with a few of my own favorites.

In this gift guide – items big and small, cheap and expensive, for anyone and everyone who loves to sew or quilt.  And hey, who are we kidding here, you’re probably reading this for the same reason I was looking at these products online – to buy yourself something nice.  If I waited till my husband bought me a Christmas present, well, let’s say I’d still be waiting for my second one I think…:-)

So whether its for you or for someone you know, enjoy these shops and products.

  1. MARGARET says:

I NEED SOME NEW IDEAS. I HAVE LOTS OF MATERIAL. I NEED HELP.

  2. So in need of some storage bins! Thanks for sharing this!

  3. Hilda says:

Why not ask us sewers what patterns we would like to see,i would like a softie toy and baby dress as I sew for charity so small things are best to use my stash,

  4. Angela says:

Will there be a 2015 pattern of the month club?

    • Deby Coles says:

There might be Angela, but I won’t introduce it right at the start of the year because I don’t know what I’m going to make yet! Its a lot to ask people to sign up for a whole 12 months of patterns in advance without knowing what they are. So I’ll see how the designing goes, try to improve on my skills each time and then introduce either the POTMC later in the year or offer some kind of pattern packages. Thanks for asking.

  5. You’re going to love having a serger! And the Cratsy class will get you going. I was so frustrated with my serger until I took that class.

What do you think?
