Even the most casual readers of this site will probably know that I'm a great fan of Bernina sewing machines. I own a few of them including the mighty Bernina B880 Plus which is my workhorse and in my humble opinion the best sewing machine in the world.
We've written a bit about Bernina over the years including the article For Fans of Bernina Sewing Machines (me…)
A few years ago I was lucky enough to have a personalized guided tour of the Bernina sewing machine factory in Steckborn, Switzerland which you can read about below.
More recently, I was fortunate enough to meet the owners of the Bernina company on one of their visits to Singapore.
I say all this to try to set the scene about how excited I am that our sponsors have agreed to giveaway a set of a Bernina Bernette B38 as well as a matching B44 Funlock Overlocker. We're going to give away the B38 first followed by the B44 in a subsequent drawing.
Let's have a look at the Bernette B38
